Powder coating is a guaranteed particles of pigment, resin, hardener, filler and additives that are electrostatically charged and sprayed on to substrates to be coated. The articles to be coated are electrically grounded so that the charged particles adhere to them and there after coated articles put in to oven for curing for certain time and temperature to get the required finish.
Advantages of Powder Coating:
Labour Saving : No dilution, ready to use, single coat application.
Material Saving : No loss of solvent and recycles upto 98% of the used powder.
Less pollution : Less pollution due to abscence of losses.
Quality : Excellent mechanical, chemical corrosion resistance and good edged coverage.
